We are pleased to announce our most recent project at The City Quays to provide our integrated facilities services. The City Quays are three office buildings that have been developed to comply with BREEAM ‘Excellent’ ratings. These Grade A offices are situated along the waterfront at the edge of Belfast City Centre and are recognised for their sustainability standards, placing them in the top 10% of sustainable new buildings in the UK.
